Installation with Docker Compose

Before you start

To install TRON ASOC with Docker Compose, you'll need:

  • credentials to access the harbor.tronsec.ru registry—you'll receive the username and password from support;
  • the docker-compose-v1.5.zip archive with configuration files—request the latest version from support;
  • a domain name for the ASOC web interface—reserve it in your infrastructure in advance.

Installation and startup

Installing TRON ASOC with Docker Compose includes the following steps:

  1. Configure the environment.
  2. Start the application.
  3. Verify that the application works.

Configure the environment

Follow these steps to configure the environment:

  1. Extract the archive with configuration files:
unzip docker-compose-v1.5.zip
cd docker-compose-v1.5
  1. Log in to the container registry:
docker login harbor.tronsec.ru
  1. Create a directory to store MinIO data:
sudo mkdir -p /mnt/minio-data
sudo chown -R 2222:2222 /mnt/minio-data
sudo chmod -R 755 /mnt/minio-data
  1. Open the docker-compose.yaml file and set the ASOC_DOMAIN variable.
info

The ASOC_DOMAIN variable specifies the domain name where the TRON ASOC web interface will be available.

  1. If you don't have a configured DNS server, add the following entry to the local hosts file:
echo "127.0.0.1 asoc.example.com" | sudo tee -a /etc/hosts
warning

For pilot projects with network access, create an A record on the DNS server that points to the IP address of the server running Docker Compose.

  1. Check the configuration by running the show.sh script:
./show.sh
info

This script displays the current environment variable values. Make sure that the ASOC_DOMAIN variable specifies the correct domain.

Start the application

Follow these steps to start TRON ASOC:

  1. Start the containers:
docker-compose up -d
  1. Wait for all services to start, usually 1–2 minutes, and check their status:
docker ps

The containers should have a status of Running or Up About a minute.

Verify that the application works

Follow these steps to verify that TRON ASOC works:

  1. Open http://<your_domain> in a browser, for example, http://asoc.example.com.
  2. Wait for the sign-in page to load.
