Emergency access recovery

You can restore access to the system with these recovery accounts:

• ldap_recovery
• sso_recovery

The credentials are provided and configured during deployment: usernames are permanent, and passwords are set in the configuration file.

Recovery for systems that use the Internal users and/or LDAP authentication methods

You can log in with a recovery account on the sign-in page.

Recovery for systems that use Forced SSO when the SSO service is unavailable

Follow these steps:

1. On the sign-in page, select Emergency login.

2. Log in using the recovery account credentials.

3. Select Login.

After you authenticate successfully, change the authentication method and add internal users to access the system.
