Emergency Access Recovery

The system provides the ability for emergency access recovery using recovery accounts:

• ldap_recovery
• sso_recovery

Credentials are provided and configured during system deployment: logins are permanent, passwords are set in the configuration file.

For systems using Internal Users and/or LDAP authentication methods:

Emergency login using recovery access credentials must be performed on the authorization page.

For systems using Forced SSO when the SSO service is unavailable:

The following steps must be performed:

1. On the authorization page, select Emergency Login.

2. Then log in using recovery credentials.

3. Click the Login button.

Upon successful login, it is recommended to change the authorization method and, if necessary, add internal users for access to ASOC.
