Emergency access recovery

You can restore access to the system using the following recovery accounts:

• ldap_recovery
• sso_recovery

The credentials are provided and configured during deployment: login names are permanent, and passwords are set in the configuration file.

Recovery for systems that use the “Internal users” and/or LDAP authentication methods

You can log in with a recovery account on the login page.

Recovery for systems that use Forced SSO when the SSO service is unavailable

Follow these steps:

1. On the login page, select Emergency login.

2. Log in using the recovery account credentials.

3. Select Login.

After you authenticate successfully, be sure to change the authentication method and add internal users who can access the system.
