Notification Tools

The Notification Tools subsection allows you to configure integration for vulnerability notifications, for example, via email. Notification Tools

Creating a Notification Tool​

The set of minimum access rights for configuring notification tools:

  • View tools
  • Manage tools For more details on setting up access rights, see Role Configuration.

To create a notification tool, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section and select the Notification Tools tab
  2. Click the Add Notification Tool button
  3. In the opened window, fill in the fields:
    • Name
    • Tool (select "Email")
    • SMTP Server
    • Port
    • Username
    • Password
    • Sender
    • Recipients (add specific email addresses if necessary) Notification Tools
  4. Additionally, if necessary:
    • Test the connection using the Test Connection button
    • If an error occurs during connection, select the appropriate encryption type (SSL/TLS)
  5. Click the Create button
